You now have the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to learn this technique from an award-winning milk tea master who will give you all of the insider tips and tricks on how to make the tastiest and silkiest cup of milk tea. Before entering the kitchen, you will start this experience off with learning the history and cultural significance of this delicious drink, how techniques differ in other parts of the world, and the different varieties of Hong Kong-style milk tea. After ensuring a strong foundational knowledge, you will enter the kitchen to get first-hand experience in crafting your own cup of milk tea and seeing if you can achieve the coveted golden brown color, texture, and flavor. Additionally, you will be able to sample different variations of this classic drink, such as milk tea with condensed milk and “yuan yang” (a creative combination of milk tea and coffee). You will receive an official certificate to commemorate the completion of this experience.
